Dispersible mechanism of reparable powder in mortar

In recent years, cement concrete buildings in most areas of China are seriously damaged. When different mineral admixtures are added, different comonomer redispersible latex powder is used to modify repair mortar. The results show that the basic properties of the repair mortar mixed with ground mineral powder are better than those of fly ash and reference mortar; the bond strength and flexibility of the repair mortar increase with the increase of the content of redispersible latex powder. At the same level, it is found that the influence of different redispersible latex powder on the bond strength of repair mortar is b > a > C > D. Then add superplasticizer and defoamer into the repair mortar, change the sand cement ratio of the repair mortar, and test the basic performance of the repair mortar. The results show that: the addition of defoamer and superplasticizer can significantly improve the flexural strength and compressive strength of repair mortar; with the increase of lime sand ratio, the flexural strength, compressive strength and bond strength of repair mortar gradually increase.

The microstructure of redispersible latex powder in repair mortar is analyzed by SEM. The addition of redispersible latex powder makes the structure of repair mortar compact, and exists in the repair mortar in the form of polymer film and chemical bond, which improves the bonding strength, flexural strength and bond strength of repair mortar, so as to greatly enhance the durability of mortar, thus increasing the durability of mortar The service life of the building.
