Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose manufacturers analyze and solve the problems of cracks and hollows in light partition plastering

The problems of hollowing and cracks often occur in the plastering of light partition wall. Next, Dr. Han, the technical engineer of "chuangyao biotechnology", a dry building materials additive, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose manufacturer, will explain to you. After plastering the wall, after a period of time, longitudinal cracks are produced along the slab joints, transverse cracks are produced between the slat and the roof, and hollowing and irregular cracks are produced on the wall.

1、 Cause analysis

1. In light partition wall of carbonized board, aerated concrete strip board, gypsum perlite hollow board and wall plastering, reasonable operation methods are not adopted according to the characteristics of these boards.

2. During the construction, the top of the strip board is not flat and square, and it is not tightly bonded with the roof.

3. When the slat is installed, the bonding mortar is not tight, the mortar is not full, and the quality of mortar is poor.

4. Only one side of the slab is backed by a wooden wedge, and the collapse of the filled pea stone concrete is too large.

5. The base is not handled well, the floor surface at the lower end of the strip is not cleaned, and the smooth floor surface is not chiseled.

2、 Preventive measures

Attention must be paid to the following points in plastering of aerated concrete wall:

1. When plastering lime mortar, a layer of 107 glue solution should be applied in advance with the mix ratio of 107 glue: water = 1:3-4; when plastering mixed mortar, a layer of 107 glue cement mortar should be applied first; the dosage of 107 glue is 10-15% of the weight of cement, and then the bottom mortar is plastered. The mortar needs water retaining thickener such as water retaining agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

2. The grade of the bottom mortar should not be too high. Generally, 1:3 lime mortar is used for backing, and the method of paper reinforced mortar covering is better. If the wall surface is flat, the paper reinforced mortar (machao) covering can be directly applied twice on the base, with a thickness of about 2-3mm. The first paper reinforced mortar (machao) is mixed with 10-15% redispersible emulsion powder, so as to increase the adhesion with the base.

3. The floating ash and loose particles on the wall surface shall be carefully cleaned before plastering; the wall shall be watered two days in advance (2-3 times a day), and the wall shall be watered once during plastering.

For the wall that needs cement mortar, the bottom layer mortar should be 1:3:9 or 1:1:6 mixed mortar, and the surface layer should be 1:0.3:3 or 1:0.1:2.5 mixed mortar, and the total thickness should not exceed 10-12mm. It should be ensured that the upper and lower ends of the strip board are tightly bonded with the floor, and the parts between the two boards, between the door frame and the wallboard and the lintel should be tightly bonded, so as to ensure that the wall has good integrity and necessary rigidity. The wall plastering of carbonized board, gypsum perlite strip, base floating ash and particles shall be carefully cleaned and properly watered. The concave part of board joint shall be smoothed in advance. First, brush a layer of 107 glue solution, and then apply 107 glue cement slurry bonding layer. When the bonding layer is initially set, then apply 1:2.5 cement mortar or mixed mortar, The thickness is not more than 10 mm. Generally, the wall surface can be sprayed after full putty leveling.

In a word, the problems of hollowing and cracks in light partition wall plastering are not single construction and material quality problems, but diversified! To solve and avoid these problems as far as possible, it needs long-term test and experience. The above are some methods and experiences summarized by chuangyao biotechnology, a HPMC manufacturer.
