The materials of vertical mixer are lifted from the bottom to the top, and gradually mixed by diffusion after passing through the bulk plate; the materials with larger proportion can not participate in the mixing due to the centrifugal force generated by high-speed spiral rotation and scattered far away from the axis; on the other hand, the side clearance of spiral is larger, generally 4-5mm or larger, which is difficult to thoroughly clean and has larger residues.
