We export high-quality products, advanced technology and equipment, and various chemical additives for cement production have made great progress in China, such as hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, redispersible latex powder and other products, which is enough to show the maturity of China's cement industry.

3、 The quality of cement production in our country is almost the same as that of international standard. We call for the cancellation of the backward 32.5 grade cement. If we cancel it and modify the concrete standard, our country's construction level, energy conservation and emission reduction work will reach a new level. Only by canceling the issuance of production license for shaft kiln, canceling some concrete standards, canceling 32.5 standards, and increasing support for the development of various raw material adding technologies, can we compete with other countries on the international stage.

4、 At present, there is indeed the problem of cement overproduction, but it includes 32.5 grade cement, and high-quality cement is not surplus. There are more than 1600 cement production lines in China now. If we eliminate those without mines, there will be only more than 1200, which are distributed all over the country, with a huge population of 1.4 billion. The surplus is not serious. Of course, it is serious in some areas. At present, the transformation of shantytowns in our cities has not been completed, and the transformation of dangerous houses in rural areas has just begun. The goal of the building materials industry should be to let everyone live in safe, clean and environmentally friendly houses, so that 700 million farmers can walk on the cement road.

The collaborative disposal of garbage by cement kiln is also a good thing for the country and the people. At the same time, the management of recycling, cleaning and reuse of construction waste should be strengthened. The industry association should lead the direction of our building materials industry.
