Wood fiber is a kind of organic flocculent fiber material obtained from natural renewable wood by chemical treatment and mechanical processing.
Wood fiber is non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free, which is widely used in concrete mortar, gypsum, real estate and other construction projects. It has a good effect on preventing project cracking, improving water retention and production stability, and enhancing surface adhesion.

Wood fiber has strong anti freezing and heat resistance.
Wood fiber has good flexibility and dispersion, enhances support and durability, and improves the stability of the system.
Wood fiber is insoluble in water, pH value is neutral, and corrosion resistance of the system is enhanced.
Wood fiber has small specific gravity, large specific surface area, good heat preservation, heat insulation and air permeability, even heating, and is not easy to crack.
Wood fiber has good dispersibility and is easy to be fully mixed with other materials. It is suitable for improving the performance of building materials, giving new characteristics and functions to building materials, and improving the stability and ease of site construction.
The three-dimensional network structure of wood fiber effectively prevents the falling phenomenon in the construction process. It has good contact characteristics, effectively prevents dropping and makes the project easier to operate.
The moisture retention property of wood fiber can absorb and transport liquid through its own capillary, and form a three-dimensional structure after mixing with other materials to lock the moisture and reduce cracks due to drying.
The size stability of wood fiber is good. The mechanical energy produced in the later drying or solidification process is weakened by the fiber tendon, which can reduce the shrinkage after drying and prevent cracking better.

1. Water resistant putty powder: 0.3-0.5% per ton
2. External wall insulation mortar: 0.4-0.5% per ton
3. Ceramic tile binder: 0.2-0.5% per ton
